The PICC Stabilization Device is specifically designed to stabilize Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICCs), thereby improving patient comfort and safety while reducing potential complications associated with traditional securement.
The PICC Stabilization Device is a post-and-door design that can accommodate the suture wings of virtually all peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs). This stabilizer eliminates the need to secure catheters with sutures, prevents accidental needlesticks, unscheduled restarts, and other complications. It also increases catheter dwell times.
