Description of Heat Moisture Exchange Filters

Heat Moisture Exchange Filters (HMEFs) consist of a Heat & Moisture Exchange medium together with an electrostatic filter medium (HMEFs). HMEFs are used to protect patients from cross-infection and to warm and humidify inspired gases. With efficient wetting, heating, and filtration effect, widely used in clinical, including artificial airway management and mechanical ventilation treatment, patients with total laryngectomy, and surgical anesthesia.

This product is made of medical plastic PP with a standard connector and applied using an anesthetic circuit with more than 99.99%filtering rate, providing high efficiency of thermal insulation and moisturizing.
