Type II Medical Mask is a medical mask that helps prevent large particles expelled by the wearer (Such as saliva and mucous) from reaching the patient or work environment. It provides a high standard of reliable barrier protection due to its 98% bacterial filtration efficiency. The Medical Mask usually has a mask, shaped parts, and straps. It is two layers of high-quality non-woven fabric (Hydrophobic and Hydrophilic) and one layer of Melt blow Filtration fabric, isolated features by the filter. The shaped part is aluminum alloy, which plays the role of fixed support. The strap is nylon, and there are two kinds, flat and round.

Type II Medical Mask is used appropriately for situations where exposure to blood or bodily fluids from the patient or work environment 

is not a risk for the healthcare worker.

Type II Medical Masks have two types: one is strap type, and another is hanging ear type.

Characteristics of Type II Medical Face Mask

1. Made of high-quality materials, the inner and outer layers are spun-bond non-woven fabrics, and the middle filter layer is melt-blown non-woven fabrics;

2. Good breathability, airflow can pass directly through the mask instead of flowing around the mask;
