A resting Pan Position Precut Splint, also known as Thermoplastic Precuts, is a kind of Low-Temperature Thermoplastic Sheet. It is a new type of polymer material made of specially synthesized polymer polyester treated by a series of physical and chemical methods. It is a pre-cut sheet. At room temperature (10-30 ℃), the molecules are in a steady state. At 65℃-70 ℃, it can be softened after heating for 1-3 minutes and has a good shaping effect after bating. It can be hardened in 3-5 minutes at room temperature.
