Product Description
PCR, polymerase chain reaction, is a technique for amplifying DNA through thermal cycling reactions, which are cycles of temperature changes at fixed time intervals. Using a thermostable DNA polymerase, PCR can synthesize a large number of DNA copies with deoxynucleoside triphosphates, the raw material for DNA synthesis. The PCR reaction consists of three steps, denaturation, annealing, and extension. Denaturation is the first step in the PCR cycle, to open the hydrogen bonds between the DNA bases to melt the DNA double strands to produce single-stranded DNA. Annealing reduces the temperature low enough to allow the oligonucleotide primer to bind to the DNA template. During the extension process, DNA polymerase can synthesize new double-stranded DNA.
The simple design of PCR tubes ensures a tight seal, to prevent contamination and evaporation. The thin polypropylene walls of the centrifuge tubes ensure efficient and uniform heat transfer for fast, high-quality PCR results.
1. Made of medical grade polypropylene material.
2. The thin product tube wall and the uniform thickness, to ensure good heat conduction.
3. Two types of multi-tubes, transparent and white, suitable for ordinary PCR and real-time PCR reactions respectively.
4. Good sealing in the tube cover and the tube body when closed, prevent pollution, and easy to open the cover.
5. Applicable to a variety of PCR instruments.
6. No DNase, no RNase, no pyrogen, no inhibitor pollution, sterilization.
