Description of Nasal Cannula

The nasal oxygen cannula is a lightweight, flexible tube that contains two open prongs intended to sit just inside the nostrils. This device is made from medical-grade PVC  and recommended to be used for a single patient only to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination.

The curved prong makes it fit perfectly into the nostrils. They are designed keeping in mind the anatomy of the nose.

Specifications of Nasal Oxygen Cannula

Note: This cannula is disposable and should be discarded and replaced when it becomes soiled, discolored or the prongs become stiff.
