The Ø13×75mm ESR test tube is specially used for blood collection and anticoagulation by ESR. The Westergren method is used to test the sedimentation rate with the mixing ratio of 1 part of sodium citrate and 4 parts of blood.Ø9×120mm ESR Tube applies to various Automated Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate Analyzers. Due to the small volume and negative pressure in the tube, blood collection takes a certain amount of time. Wait patiently until the blood stops flowing into the tube. Then invert the test tube 6-8 times to mix the anticoagulant and additives completely. Improper mixing may cause hemolysis, coagulation, or blood bubbles, which will affect the test results.
