1. Prosthetic limb, is also known as the "artificial limb". The main function of the product is to replace some functions of the lost limb so that the amputees can recover a certain self-care and working ability. There are upper limb prostheses and lower limb prostheses. It is suitable for amputees due to diseases, traffic accidents, industrial accidents, sports injuries, and other reasons.
The main products of upper limbs are decorative prosthetic hand skin, mechanical functional hands, and silicone fingers. And the main materials are silicone and aluminum alloy.
The products of lower limb prostheses mainly include prosthetic connectors, prosthetic joints, pneumatic knee joints, hydraulic joints, polyurethane prosthetic feet, carbon fiber feet, human-body emulation series, silicone liner products, and other auxiliary prosthetic accessories.
Children's prostheses, like adult prostheses, are divided into upper limb prostheses and lower limb prostheses and can also be made according to customers' requirements.
2. The purpose of orthosis products is to prevent or correct the deformity of limbs and trunks or to treat osteoarticular and neuromuscular diseases and compensate for their functions.
Orthotics products are divided into upper limb orthosis, spinal orthosis, lower limb orthosis, Orthotic hinge，and other rehabilitation aids. The main materials of products are plastic, aluminum alloy branches, hook, loop, etc.
The main products of upper limb orthosis include Hand Orthosis(H0), Finger Orthosis(F0), Wrist Hand Orthosis (WH0), Elbow Orthosis(E0), Elbow Wrist Hand Orthosis (EWHO)、Shoulder Orthosis(S0), Shoulder Elbow Orthosis(SE0) and Shoulder Elbow Wrist Hand Orthosis (SEWHO).
The main products of lower limb orthosis include Foot Orthosis (F0), Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO), Knee Orthosis (KO), Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis (KAFO), Hip Orthosis (HO), Hip Knee Orthopedics (HKO), Knee Ankle Foot Orthopedics (KAFO), Hip Knee Ankle Foot Orthopedics (HKAFO) and Trunk Hip Ankle Foot Orthopedics (THKAFO)， Reciprocating Gait Orthosis (AGO)， Advanced Reciprocating Gait Orthosis(ARGO).
The main products of spinal orthosis are Sacroiliac orthosis (SI0), Lumbus Sacrum Orthosis (LS0), Thorax Lumbus Sacrum Orthosis (TLSO), Cervical Orthosis (CO), Cervical Thoracic orthosis (CTO) and Cervical Thoracic Lumbo Sacrum Orthosis (CTLSO).
An orthopedic hinge is a component of joint orthosis, which connects the upper and lower orthosis materials and has a bending function. The hinged joint is a kind of artificial joint, which can be implanted into the human body to replace the joint. The main products of orthosis hinge are knee hinge/hip hinge/ankle hinge of adult orthosis and knee hinge/hip hinge/ankle hinge of child orthosis.
3. Auxiliary materials are mainly products used for artificial limbs and orthotics, mainly including chemicals, decorative packaging sponges, plates, knitting, and tools.
Chemical products mainly include acrylic hard resin, hardening powder, imported resin, soft resin, soft resin curing agent, pigment paste, bubble agent (A/B), dry glue and prosthetic adhesive， PVA film, and PVA bags.
The main products of decorative sponges include AK decorative sponge, forming AK decorative sponge, BK decorative sponge, forming BK decorative sponge, upper limb decorative sponge, and BK socket liner.
The main products are a PP plate, PP Plate for a socket, PE Plate， PE soft plate coil, low-temperature thermoplastic plate, orthopedics lining plate（perforated/no perforated， back no glue/back with glue）, and prosthetic lining plate.
The main knitted products are carbon fiber cloth, carbon fiber stockinette, glass fiber stockinette, polypropylene stockinette, polyester stockinette, cotton stockinette, Spandex stockinette, nylon stockinette, AK/BK cosmetic stocking, AK/BK modeling using stocking, cotton stump stocking, stretch yarn stump stocking, PET webbing, nylon webbing, cotton webbing, Velcro and double-sided composite cloth.
The products of the tools mainly include bandages, tubes for receiving cavities, EASY Cloth, file holders, file for scraping plaster, gypsum powder, discoloration pencils, single/double-sided picture nails, copper rivets, aluminum rivets, vibration saw, saw blades, plaster scraper， temperature reprographic printed paper, metal buckles, grinding heads, emery cloth cylinder, plaster scissors, punching pliers and wrenches, rubber bowls, various types of scissors and pliers.
4. The equipment used for artificial limbs and orthotics mainly includes an industrial drilling machine, stepless speed-regulating industrial drill, electric bearing frame, manual bearing frame, vertical lifting table pliers, vertical repairing table, high-frequency welding machine, digital resin pumping vacuum pump, orthotic vacuum pump, vacuum pumping system, flat heater, infrared oven, infrared heating flat oven, dust collector, band saw, surface grinder and grinding machine series.
